Rates are steadily coming down!

Stop listening to so many people, and make the smartest decision for yourself right now. For where you're at in life. Everything that happens, affects everyone differently. Rates might not be good for you, but they're good for someone else. We need to stop paying attention to rates and start looking at what's happening in our own lives. Some have kids and need to upsize quickly. Some have children who leave the nest, and they need to downsize. Judge the market based on your current sitution and future, but it's important to know what's happening.

Something I'll never understand is how someone can buy a house and let it deteriorate, let it go to waste. Why invest into something to not continue to learn it, understand it, and watch it grow. Why not know what your investment has gone up to?
